Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Monogrammed, personalized, or special-order items, as well as items damaged through normal wear and tear, are not eligible for return.
Return Costs
- If the return is due to a manufacturer error (e.g., defective or damaged item, wrong product delivered), the manufacturer will cover the return shipping fee.
- If the return is due to a customer issue (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return postage.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10- 14 business days after approval.
